Every member of the roster sits within one of the four practices below. Each is led by a senior practitioner who has been with the salon for at least seven years — the reason our work tends to feel familiar, even on a first visit.

A fourteen-person practice built around lived-in blondes, hand-painted balayage, and the kind of precise scissor-over-comb work that only comes from a long apprenticeship. Eleven Redken Master Colorists on staff — the largest such roster in the Seaport.
Sloane Whittaker, CIDESCO-Certified Esthetician
An eight-person practice trained in Biologique Recherche and Dermalogica, offering results-driven skin analysis rather than menus of vague "glow" treatments. Three CIDESCO-certified estheticians on the bench, including our lead.
Daniel Okafor, LMT & Bodywork Lead
A ten-person practice of licensed therapists offering deep tissue, lymphatic, prenatal, and our signature Harbor Restorative — a 75-minute waterfront-facing treatment that has quietly become the most-booked service of the year.
Devon Park, Master Barber & Co-Founder
A six-person practice running out of our dedicated men's suite — the largest south of downtown Boston. Hot-towel shaves, scissor cuts, and beard architecture delivered in a quieter, more discrete register than the main floor.

Every new client sits with their stylist for at least fifteen minutes before we ever pick up a tool. We talk about what you do between visits, what you wish were different, what you don't want to lose. The cut is the last part of that conversation, not the first.
If you have a name in mind, we will do our best to match the request with their open chair. If you would rather be paired, our concierge will read the note you leave and suggest two or three practitioners for you to choose from.
